According to Geographer Abhijeet Yadav, Delhi’s pollution isn't just a result of human activity, but a "Geographical Trap." He explains that even if Delhi reduces its emissions, its location makes it difficult to stay clean during winters.

गाजियाबाद, [19.12.25]: दिल्ली-मेरठ के नमो भारत रैपिड रेल में यात्रा के दौरान एक जोड़े के कथित आपत्तिजनक वीडियो को रिकॉर्ड कर ऑनलाइन प्रसारित करने के मामले में एक लोको पायलट को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। यह घटना तब सामने आई जब ट्रेन के सीसीटीवी फुटेज को लोको पायलट द्वारा अपने मोबाइल फोन से रिकॉर्ड कर ऑनलाइन अपलोड कर दिया गया।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, यह घटना नवंबर के अंत में हुई थी, जब मोदीनगर और मेरठ के बीच रैपिड रेल के एक कोच के अंदर एक लड़का-लड़की (रिपोर्ट के अनुसार लड़की स्कूल यूनिफॉर्म में थी) अंतरंग क्षणों में थे। यह वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर तेजी से वायरल हो गया, जिसके बाद रेल अधिकारियों और पुलिस ने तुरंत कार्रवाई की।

प्रारंभिक जांच में यह खुलासा हुआ कि वीडियो किसी यात्री द्वारा नहीं, बल्कि लोको पायलट द्वारा अपने केबिन में लगे सीसीटीवी मॉनिटर से बनाया गया था। लोको पायलट ने चलती ट्रेन के अंदरूनी हिस्सों की निगरानी के लिए लगे कैमरे की फुटेज को अपने निजी फोन में रिकॉर्ड कर लिया और फिर उसे इंटरनेट पर अपलोड कर दिया।

रेल मंत्रालय/एनसीआरटीसी (राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र परिवहन निगम) ने इस गंभीर गोपनीयता उल्लंघन और दुर्व्यवहार को देखते हुए तुरंत लोको पायलट को निलंबित कर दिया है। इस मामले में एक विभागीय जांच भी शुरू कर दी गई है। इसके अलावा, स्थानीय पुलिस ने भी इस घटना का संज्ञान लेते हुए जांच शुरू कर दी है, जिसमें गोपनीयता भंग करने और आपत्तिजनक सामग्री को प्रसारित करने के आरोपों पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

बंगाल में निवेश की बारिश: RPSG और JSW समेत कई दिग्गजों ने किए बड़े ऐलान

कोलकाता: पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी की मौजूदगी में आयोजित बिजनेस कॉन्क्लेव में राज्य के औद्योगिक भविष्य को लेकर कई बड़ी घोषणाएं हुई हैं। उद्योगपतियों ने बंगाल के बिजनेस माहौल की सराहना करते हुए हजारों करोड़ रुपये के निवेश का वादा किया है।

प्रमुख निवेश और योजनाएं:

 * RPSG ग्रुप (संजीव गोयंका): ग्रुप ने कुल ₹15,800 करोड़ के निवेश का ऐलान किया है। इसमें सबसे महत्वपूर्ण ₹12,000 करोड़ का 5000 MWh क्षमता वाला बैटरी स्टोरेज प्रोजेक्ट है। इसके अलावा पावर डिस्ट्रिब्यूशन, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में भी विस्तार किया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस प्रोजेक्ट के लिए उत्तरपाड़ा में 350 एकड़ जमीन देने का निर्देश दिया है।

 * JSW एनर्जी: कंपनी सालबोनी (Salboni) में अपने थर्मल पावर प्रोजेक्ट की क्षमता को दोगुना करके 3200 MW करेगी। इसके लिए निवेश को ₹16,000 करोड़ से बढ़ाकर ₹40,000 करोड़ किया जा रहा है।

 * ITC (होटल सेक्टर): आईटीसी बंगाल के पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए दार्जीलिंग, कर्सियांग और सुंदरवन में 3 नए होटल स्थापित करेगी। इसके अलावा कंपनी के 5 और होटल पाइपलाइन में हैं।

 * टिटागढ़ रेल सिस्टम्स: कंपनी फालता (Falta) में नौसेना के विशेष जहाजों के लिए एक शिपयार्ड विकसित करेगी। साथ ही उत्तरपाड़ा में मेट्रो और वंदे भारत कोच बनाने की क्षमता भी बढ़ाई जाएगी।

 * अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट: खड़गपुर में अपना चौथा सीमेंट प्लांट लगाने के लिए ₹600 करोड़ का निवेश करेगी।

 * JK ग्रुप: खड़गपुर में दूध और आलू प्रोसेसिंग के लिए दो नए प्लांट लगाएगा और उलुबेरिया में पैकेजिंग बिजनेस का विस्तार करेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री का कड़ा रुख

कॉन्क्लेव के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी ने केंद्रीय एजेंसियों (ED, CBI, Income Tax) द्वारा उद्योगपतियों के कथित उत्पीड़न पर भी सवाल उठाए। उन्होंने कहा कि बंगाल एक शांतिपूर्ण राज्य है और यहाँ की 'डायरेक्ट कैश ट्रांसफर' योजनाओं ने बाजार में मांग पैदा की है, जिससे बिजनेस को फायदा हो रहा है।

अन्य महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं:

 * वर्ल्ड बैंक: बंगाल में लॉजिस्टिक्स और व्यापार सुगमता के लिए $150 मिलियन की वित्तीय सहायता देगा।
